So, we know that if this piece of jewelry is precious metal like Gold or Platinum, it has some solid value, right? We’ve all seen the ads for gold buyers, gold buying parties, etc. What you may not know is how in the world to figure out the actual value, or to find someone you can trust who knows it’s worth, or its potential for redesign.

That’s where we come in!

Redesign

While it can prove challenging to design new jewelry using the existing gemstones, it is possible. Depending on wear and tear, size variations, and shape, we can decide how many we are able to reuse and in what way will be most effective in an updated, modern piece.

One question we often hear is if we can recycle gold. This is determined on a case by case basis, due to variations in alloys and the presence of solder. Some factors can cause serious defects in the new piece, but we do our best to accommodate these requests!

Sell/Trade Gold

Gold and Platinum have inherent value, and we are more than happy to either write you a check for it or trade the value toward a repair or design cost. We very often have customers who can offset a significant portion of their resizing, re-tipping, or re-setting costs, just by trading in broken gold. Leave the calculations to us, and we will be sure to pay more than anyone in the metro area.

In any case of redesign where we cannot reuse the gold, we credit the old gold value toward the new item!

Sell/Trade Diamonds (0.50ct+)

Diamonds are a huge portion of our business. We love them, but even more, we love to help people by making both the buying and selling processes easy to understand and as painless as possible.
